Question 1

Which plan should I choose?

Accepted Answer

Start with Free to try the workflow. Starter suits regular individual creation, Pro provides more credits, and Max suits high-volume work. Membership includes private generation, watermark-free output and commercial use.

Question 2

What is the difference between a subscription and a one-time credit pack?

Accepted Answer

Subscriptions renew monthly or yearly and include monthly credits plus daily credits. One-time packs do not renew, never expire and do not change your membership or daily allowance. Images are private by default.

Question 3

What is the difference between monthly and yearly billing?

Accepted Answer

Monthly plans are charged each month. Yearly plans charge the annual amount upfront and include the discount shown on the page. In both cases, subscription credits are issued monthly rather than all at once.

Question 4

How many generations does each plan include?

Accepted Answer

Monthly credits: Starter 500, Pro 1,500, Max 3,500. Each plan also has the daily allowance shown above. Generation counts vary by tool, model and settings. Review the daily and purchased credit breakdown before submitting.

Question 5

Do credits expire or roll over?

Accepted Answer

Subscription credits expire 30 days after each monthly grant and do not roll over. Yearly billing still grants credits monthly. Purchased credit packs never expire. Unused daily credits reset at midnight UTC and do not accumulate.

Question 6

Can members use outputs commercially and keep them private?

Accepted Answer

Membership includes commercial use and watermark-free exports. Purchased credit packs also unlock these benefits when you have sufficient purchased credits. Buying a pack does not increase your daily allowance.

Question 7

Do subscriptions renew automatically, and how do I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel from Settings → Billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal, while your membership normally remains active until the end of the paid billing period.

Question 8

Can I upgrade, downgrade, or change billing intervals?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Upgrades and monthly-to-yearly changes normally take effect immediately, with the payment provider calculating any prorated difference. Downgrades and yearly-to-monthly changes normally take effect at the end of the current billing period. The confirmation screen shows the timing, renewal amount, and credit changes before you approve.

Question 9

Are credits returned when a generation fails?

Accepted Answer

Eligible system or provider failures refund purchased credits with their original expiry and release the daily reservation for its original quota day. A queued or processing task is not yet failed; avoid duplicate submissions.

Question 10

What if my payment is pending, my benefits are missing, or I need a refund?

Accepted Answer

If payment is still being confirmed, keep the result page open and do not pay again. Benefits are normally activated automatically after confirmation. Contact support if the status does not update. Refund eligibility depends on the payment provider, local law, and whether credits or outputs have been used; an approved refund may revoke the related membership benefits and credits.
